Outlook Settings
Step 1
Click on tools then account setting
Step 2
Select the account you wish to edit or click on new to add a new account

Please put your name in the top box
both incoming and outgoing server are mail.your domain name
username is your email address and password is your password

Click on More Settings
Step 5
Click on Outgoing Server at the top of the prompt box
Check the box My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.
And check Use same settings as my incoming mail server
Step 6
Click on Advanced on the prompt box
If you want to collect your emails on a Blackberry or and laptop check the box under Delivery Leave a copy of the message on the server.
Select how many days you wish the server to hold the message
To finish click OK
Step 7
Click on finish to complete the email edit
